I just had the thought to do this now :) seems strange that windows wasn't pointing out there's a later version of itself. I only found out I was 1803 looking at a different problem
OK the 1809 media pack didn't do it for me I'm afraid, probably missing yet another piece
Just used this from another thread, worked like a charm. Just whack Codec Tweak Tool in your start menu once you've downloaded the pack.
