Crash when to choose the skills

Hi all, i'm at the part in the van where the girl let's me costumize my things so...
The game crashes everytime it tries to load the example video from the skills... i can't upgrade any skill because of that.

Looking for tips of any kind since i can't play very much without upgrading/get more skills.

PC:
Aorus Xtreme gaming 1080 Ti
Intel 8700k
16GB 3000MHz

Thanks alot!! it solved my problem, never thought about it !.
I disabled some extensions in the media foundation it was .mkv and .mp4 since it messes up with some subs and video not working properly, guess i have to remember when i want to watch anime to disable them again lol

hmm it's a 1080 ti problem? xD just kidding ^^
I wonder if the game uses flash for the videos? or something like it, because it's cleary them at fault.

I just finish the game without any issue and the last game I instal ( Left Alive ) I get crash like hell...

Would be nice a a reply from someone is charge, since WE can't even play the game!!!
The problem persists, and also i can't even watch the history of dmc because it also crashes.

Same issue, had to refund because of it. Same thing happens when trying to play "history of DMC".
No error message, nothing. Game just crashes to desktop.

Mine just crashed too. First time girl introduces skills just says fatal application exit. Nothing in Windows Logs
