How to delete save to start new game?

Does anyone know how to delete the save to start new game? I don't want to start with 100k bonus red orbs. So I want to start a new save after uninstalling the "DLC" for 100k orbs, but this seems a bit convoluted of a process to do.

That's what I want to do. Delete my save. I can't figure out how to do this. I tried disabling Steam Cloud for the game and deleting the save from the win64_save folder inside the DMC5 install folder. I also looked for it in mydocs/Capcom/DMC5 simialr to RE7, but nothing. It's quite a bit of an annoyance. Hate this DLC 'boost' stuff.

Interestingly, it's not. None of Capcoms newer games are found there

I give up. Just blew 100k orbs on arms, which I will just intentionally blow up over time =P. I kinda wish I noticed the 100k orb thing before starting the game, I'm usually pretty good at noticing that type of thing. Would have uninstalled that 'bonus' dlc before hand.
It's a bit crazy though, I delete the config and save file in the game's folder and they magically grab them from somewhere else and put them back. I even pulled my ethernet cable out, so it's obviously backed up somewhere locally..

Same there, deleting save and starting again without DLC orbs. I never asked for them, just other stuff.

The (edit: previously) pinned solution alone doesn't work. To get rid of the 100k bonus you have to:

- disable the 100k orb DLC
- disable cloud saves for the game
- delete files in the game's save directory. \Steam\steamapps\common\Devil May Cry 5\win64_save
- delete save game backup in \Steam\userdata\[Person's Steam ID]\601150\remote\win64_save

PC gaming man, figuring this ♥♥♥♥ out cost me 40 minutes instead of just enjoying my new game. WHY is there no ingame save management like in every game on the planet.

Ayup, having no "new game" option is really a stupid idea...but not the first time Capcom had it...
I had a pretty rocky start as well but man...once it runs, it's such an amazing game...
