Literally can't see cutscenes.

When it comes to cutscenes, all I get is black. The audio is fine, but the screen is just black. Anyone else? Any known fix?

I'm having the exact same issue, but only on the Van cutscenes on mission 1, if I skip the cutscene I can play normally.

I've got a fix, I had the same problem in RE:2.
Navigate to the games installation folder and open up dmc5config.ini
Change UseVendorExtention=Enable to UseVendorExtention=Disable
Save it, and the game should work just fine.

Can you tell me what the file location is? I tried finding it and couldn't.
