RE2R has the same requirements. 1080ti is close but it is possible yes. overclock your GPU-RAM to get more FPS. on 4K it gives you more than the pure Core Overclock!

I found one benchmark. 1080ti, 8700k, 4k - it plays 60fps, sometimes drops to 46fps, all ultra.

just look here. it wont be "nice" because you dip down on max quality. turn down some stuff you dont see anyway on ultra/max. you know how it goes. high looks almost the same but gives you 30% more fps than max.

hope theres a percent scaling option for resolution grrr a lot of new games seem to omit that. id be happy with 70-80% at 4k 60fps max setting on 1080ti, i7700k, 32gb ram

I'm on a 2070, which is less powerful than a 1080Ti. I can hold 120FPS at 2560 × 1440 in RE2 Remake, which is the same engine.

Assuming there's not a lot of performance difference between the two, you should be able to at least get close to 4k/60FPS as long as your CPU doesn't bottleneck you.

confirming I can get 4k/60 fps with everything on ULTRA. this game is so well optimized.
