That's the other plan as well. Just a shame I can't disable it from the start so I don't use it until after I finish DMC 5.
I'm working off of how the bonus orbs are not listed in the DLC section in my Steam library. I could be completely wrong with this assumption though.
I would never pay for the extra orbs specifically but since it's already there with the pre-order I think it's a nice extra that boosts that makes the gameplay more interesting right from that start.
You get some moveset variety right from the start instead of having to use the most simplistic moveset while unlocking better gameplay as you go.
Sure, you can get a slight early lead for Nero by getting cheapest skills...
but there are skills that cost up to 50k... and no, its not 1 or 2 skills... but a lot of later skills cost that much...
Not only that, but there are skills to max out on other other two characters too and for every weapon...or ability...
Indeed and unlike in DMC4 you don't get separate points that are exclusive to each character, Everyone shares the same orbs so there's quite a bit to upgrade in this game 100K is a drop in the ocean.
