Blue Orb fragment glitch (destroyed?)

I finished my first playthrough on PC not too long I wanted to jump right into DMD to unlock the super costumes.

Before that, I thought about getting all orb fragments and get myself ready for Bloody Palace.

I did it before on PS4, so I knew every orb and secret mission location. By the end of my orb run, I was stuck at 3/4 blue orbs.

I've literally been cracking my head over these last few days trying to think of which orb I could've missed, cause I was pretty sure I've got them all, and I've done all secret missions.

I killed Urizen on DMD just to unlock Heaven and Hell and do a quick run (w/ a guide) with the intent of seeing which orb I missed and. . . I didn't? Every location where a blue orb was supposed to spawn, I had a red orb instead.

I was literally going insane over this, so I googled to see if anyone had the same problem and I found a thread on gamefaqs with this video.

OP said he accidentally destroyed a blue orb with Punchline and it never spawned again. Now, I don't remember destroying it, but I also used the punchline and I remember having some weird frame drops when I tried to collect this particular orb. There's no more orbs to collect and I'm stuck at 3/4, so I figured the same thing happened to me.

Anyone here ran into the same issue? If so, is there any fix? A fix that doesn't involve deleting my save, preferrably.

The quickest fix is to use a trainer to just give yourself all the orbs

It's happen to me too, exactly in the same place, I'm finished the game and stuck with this stupid bug 3/4.

The Blue Orb DLCs unlock the one in Nico's shop instead of using Red Orbs, they're not magic Orbs coming out of nowhere.
