Asking about copyright
If I upload my gameplay of this game to Youtube then the battle song come up during gameplay... will I get copyright notice??? The song looks like copyright protected with that girl singing in the background... just wondering

Btw, Im talking about the Nero's battle theme

Even if it gets auto-flagged, it's often just a "you're aware of this, right? Right" and they might stick an ad for the song somewhere in the video or description, IIRC. eg, it doesn't ban the video or anything.

And if you're super concerned, just turn the music off in the game so it doesn't play/can't hear it, or something. Edit: or silence that section in vid. editor before uploading.

I had a situation a week ago where some random company/individual tried to claim my video, but it was just someone trying to abuse the copyright strike on Youtube in order to make a quick buck. They did this by claiming the cutscene where Nero interacts with Goliath was theirs by having that scene uploaded under their account and monetizing that bit. I disputed this copyright claim and won.

Umm.. I might as well ask the other question then if anyone's listening.
What would happen if I just used ANY other DMC V ost for my videos?
