How many buster counters are there?
I absolutely loved the Buster counters in DMC4, they were this big reward for figuring out something that at first might seem a little counter intuitive and I know that the buster counters did make at least a small appearance in this game I'm just curious how many.
So far I only know of 2, both of which are the copy-paste head first charge attacks from the Big V and the flying fish lady. Just curious if people found any others.

If you mean that the enemy is charging at you then there are quite a few:
Vergil
Malphas
Behemoth
Griffon
Artemis
Goliath
Cerberus

I'm more specifically talking about Boss or enemy attacks you can counter using the buster arm. Pretty sure you don't fight Griffon as Nero, at least not without the trainer mod, so I doubt he has one. I've heard Behemoth has one though.

The peculiarity of Buster in DMC 5 is that some strong opponents cannot be captured, you must first counter the enemy attack with a sword or some Devil Breaker, or take the enemy into stun, or knockdown, or throw him in the air and then grab.
You can counter with the Buster by Goliath, Artemis and Vergil.
Good luck)

Ok so it is genuinely only those 3 you can counter, good to know. As for how Buster works in this game, it's understandable how it works because otherwise people could just spam it to get through certain levels way too easily. Especially given how much damage Buster Arm does you could effectively just take in 8 of them, spam regular buster on weak enemies then buster break on big enemies to get through higher difficulties for basically no effort. It makes learning the other combat mechanics for Nero way more rewarding.
