Its the game engine giving us the illusion that he is aged.
Just look at Lady...they were practically almost the same age. She appears to still look young...no sign of age. So the only Logic is its the game engine. Dante ages slower than humans no way he is going to grow wrinkles and loose hair....lol with that kinda demon bloodline, I think he'd stop ageign at a certain point.
Then again Capcom could have overlooked or forgotten...Perfect hint is Lady.
He is still not that old imo, but like said above the new engine, as well as Dante having white hair makes him look older.
Personally, looking back at DMC4 models, I think now they look way better, in that there is way more room for facial expressions. Just look at Nero in the first trailer when reving up the Red Queen, you can really feel his determination.
I'm 100% certain they've aged him for artistic reasons or story reasons. The nuances in his new design cannot be explained by the new graphics engine alone.
Dante's face was based on the model Adam Cowie, whio is 30. And from what we can see, the end result is not that far from Adam's face at all.

I also think int's mainly because of the engin and because of the white greasy hair/beard that wee got this feeling.
