Cutscene camera angles?

I've seen lots of photos on twitter especially from people like @dmc_zodiac88_ Who post images of the cutscenes but from different angles. Does anybody know how to do this?

I use this IGCS Cam Tool. You can check the type of pics I've taken to see if this is what you're looking for (which I am pretty sure this is what you're looking for):

I know that the person who runs that account has mentioned the NVIDIA Ansel tool, too. (And the game's photo mode.) Not sure what else they specifically use, for stills or for vids. You can try asking directly in simple English. (I love that account. She is nice.)

Once you download it read the "Readme.txt" in notepad. There it will tell you how to install it.
