\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\XXXXXXXX\601150\remote\win64_save
I believe 601150 is the app number assigned to Devil May Cry 5? There might be several different versions of the app (each with a different number though) so if you don't have that folder you'll have to do a lot of manual checking.
The Reason I also put X's for the parent folder is because the number given to it is determined by the steam user the game is registered under. You may have multiple folders in that directory if you've installed games on that drive under several different steam users.
The names of the save files should be:
data000.bin
data00-1.bin
That's the wrong file.
