-Verify integrity of game cache
If that doesn't fix it, it could be the result of keyboard drivers clashing with the controller, so you can try:
-Opening device manager
-Expand the "keyboards" section
-Right click and uninstall every driver, then unplug and replug your keyboard to get Windows to automatically reinstall them
-If you see it listed, then do the same steps for the "Xbox Peripherals" in device manager
You said you use a Gensis PV65. That controller is designed for PlayStation, right? Are you using Steam's PS Configuration or something to make it work?
It's fully for a PC too. It has a usb bt stick to connect. I don't think it's this seeing as other people also have experienced it.
Is there a mode switch on the controller (they're usually on the underside)? Or is it just that you connect it to a PC via BT and it's just supposed to work?
Connects, has drivers of course, there's a turbo and a clear (underside only has an off switch) and screwing around with them doesn't help it. Only restarting the game, the controller has no bearing on it.
The closest I've been to finding a root cause is that I'm in the air and there's nothing on the camera. But I am not sure this is it. It's only happens rarely for me, maybe less than 10 times in the 40+ hours I've got in the game.
Also I've worked for a AAA dev team as a dev tester, I know the basics, don't worry it's not basic troubleshooting that will help.
But it's next to impossible to repro, so I doubt it would be fixed anyway. I thought more people have had this issue tbh.
