For some reason i can't make screenshots in DMC5, not via steam or any programme, nor by pressing the "printscreen" button. Does anybody know if i can fix this?
[upd] Steam overlay doesn't work too now._. It did at first, but for some reason stopped appearing

It has to do with some interference between the Steam overlay, the RE Engine, and the registration of the keyboard inputs. You probably won't even be able to regulate the volume while in game either. Here: https://steamcommunity.com/app/601150/discussions/0/1839063537792422868/ , as you can see other players are experiencing this issue, and it's particularly frustrating when you want to take screenshots because obviously keeping the overlay open to be temporarily able to take screenshots will also cover them!

I'm trying hard to find a solution, but if anyone knows it please help!

Hi! A smart player just advised me to use the NVIDIA Photo Mode (Alt+F2), and IT WORKS! It's not universally supported by all games, and not all players use NVIDIA, but again it's something for now, and fortunately this issue is not common.

Thank you, I should try it out. I already thought there'll be no solution at all:D

You're welcome! Yeah, if you play with NVIDIA this will work for sure, but Capcom needs to find a solution, as it's clearly related to their game. May I also ask if you play on laptop like me? I'm trying to understand why only some players experience this problem, and what they have in common. I've already contacted Capcom Customer Care, by the way.

FINAL SOLUTION: I just restored the screenshot settings to default (F12 key) and for some absurd reason everything works normally now, including the volume regulation. It looks like only players who changed the default Steam keys experience this issue. Very odd, but I'm glad it's solved now!
