Slow (please help)

Hello there people!
I don't know what happened... since now i have played the game in the full resolutions and graphic setting without any problem... the speed of the game was the normal speed, fluid movement, truly any problem...
But, after i did a boost of my PC... the game start to have problems with the speed... to the point of that i really can´t play... REAAAAAALLY SLOW like a FPS issue...
obviously i have prooved aaaaall the normal solutions like, reinstall, reinstall the game in another disk, verify the local archives, get down the resolution or the graphic settings... i have prooved ALL and the game doesn't want to run...
Is a really rare troubble... the menu have no problema, the intro too, but when i put the game, or the gallery IS IMPOSSIBLE TO EXPLORE OR TO PLAY WITH THAT REALLY SLOWLY SPEED...
I want to solve this, i want to play the game another time without this ♥♥♥♥ of prblem =( somebody can help me??
