Firearm problem

I'm trying out firearms, but it seems like completely randomly my bullets will simply go through the titan and do no damage at all? I tried googling about the issue but I found nothing.

1.Shooting from a rough angle (an angle that would have bounced off if it were a sword). Shooting at an angle of about 90 degrees to the side.)
2. Very close fire.

This video is a Korean video, but I haven't seen anyone other than me who is good at using firearm equipment. Let's aim for a dynamic Gunslinger rather than shooting a boring laser!

Unfortunately this doesn't seem to be my problem. The bullets function perfectly when I'm using the gatling guns, but just now playing the tutorial in Character Episode mode where you get the guns, I was unable to even kill the first target, because no matter what angle, my bullets simply went through the enemy as if they weren't there at all. I had to use character abilities to kill them.

It must be linked to frame rate somehow, as it suddenly started working when I limited my FPS under 60...

I can't seem to completely fix the issue however without just reducing the overall performance.
The gatling guns and the laser still function normally though, so I guess I can play using them! Although i was looking for excuses to not use the laser, but now I sort of have to. :p
