Do you use KB&M or Pad? And what type/Manufacturer?
Also i think theyres an option in the game that makes it so the nape is always targeted first when locking on or something like that . i turned that off cause it sounds pretty annoying tbh and just like in the first game you can instantly target nape by just flicking rightstick up once after locking onto a titan. So maybe check that one out as well maybe that helps.
Edit: nevermind the option is called sight lock and is only relevant for the gun weapon.
If you target down, you switch from nape to arms to legs. If you target up, you switch from legs to arms to nape.
If you want to switch to the other arm/leg, you use left/right.
So... If you are locked onto the right leg for instance and the left arm is the titans weakspot, you flick the analog stick up once and then left. Switching to the left leg after that: down. Right arm: up, right. Right leg: down. Nape: up, up. etc...
Your view and the orientation of the titan doesn't matter. It's always the same so you can target the right spot (i.e. the nape) even without having to see the titan.
Hope it helps.
