Can custom character get as strong as Levi?

Wonder if the custom character can be as good as Levi if you equip all the skills available and complete all training

Idk rank 1 Levi already have stats that surpass my custom character with all skills I have lol, especially his STR seems unbeatable, so I wonder if there's a way to get as close as his stat

Before FB custom and Levi were meta, with custom being slightly better when equipped with best skills, after FB custom is technically weakest due to every character getting stat and sp break. You can still clear any mission including eden with custom so in reality it doesnt really matter, play what you like.

True, maybe I will invest my time on Levi after getting all Story mode skills. Just finished getting skills in Another mode for CaC. Though one thing I wonder is why Levi have blue trail for spinning slash while CaC have white trail

if about Strength it's impossible to beat Levi, but Custom Character can bring more Weapon, Gas, Items more Then Levi... so Which this Very Helpful if you fight a lot of tank titan and it can be very useful if you not very good in dodge

also costum character can have more defend + HP .... atleast you will not died with only one slapped from Enchanted Female Titan

100% better then Levi eventually.
It takes a lot of work and hours tho.
