Queen Historia Outfit?
I saw that you can get Historia's outfit, as well as Kenny and Levi's outfits, as well as long-hair Eren.. How exactly do I do that? Completing all the Character Episode missions, sides included? Or, don't tell me, is all of that pre-order only? -_-

It wasnt really pre-order only but early purchase bonus, no idea if you can still get them in any way. And for the Eren, you need to invite him to your team in TRM, this will allow you to play as him in Another Mode

Depends on your PC specs. If you have a generally good PC, go for PC. Or if you have more friends on PS4 who'd play it with you, go for PS4. There are no PC mods so really the only upside for PC is if you're more comfortable at a PC, or if you want to use a game trainer to cheat.
