Play as a Titan
When can you play as titans in this game? Can you do it in Story mode and how long does it take to unlock them? Thanks ^^

Yes you can play as a Titan. Not 100% sure on story mode but I'm going to say no as the MC is a brand new creation and for story reasons in the original manga it wouldn't make sense for them to be a shifter.

Only way to play as a Titan is to either play as Eren, Annie, Ymir, or Reiner.

To use Titans in Story Mode you have to find one of the four shifters and have them use their titan shift skill.

How do you transform into a titan while playing them? I tried the battle flare and it didn't work.

oh thats good to know, thanks. Is it possible to play collosal titan much or is it just a big bomb?

Is there a way to keep turning into a titan? I seem to be limited to one battle flare per match, can you get more?

There's gonna be a battle royale mode (somewhat) coming on April 29th, for online play; where you be titans and eat other people while other people try to stop you.
