On console maybe.
PC games never cost this much unless the company is greedy for money.
Yes I have seen console games such as Monster Hunter and many other recent games cost as much, But you do realize there is a lisence fee on top of the actual price yes? So that would still make the game not more then 60 bucks.
Which in turn shouldn't put this game at a higher price then 60 bucks on Steam since there are no lisence fee's on PC, And before you say anything NO Prices should NOT be the same for PC and Console.
Console games have always been higher in price since the dawn of day... or in this case since PC gaming has been a thing.
If it were a special edition or something along those lines I would accept it but I will not stand by and watch companies and their greedy asses charging over full price for something that isn't even anything special.
As fun as the game or it's sequel may be none has the right to charge such prices.
Not even the new Zelda was this pricey and evena game as polished as that I would still think VERY hard before making such a blind decision.
Supposed to be 0 purchaces from Russia, it costs here a half of salary
I am 22 thank you very much, I work full time.
That doesn't mean ill blindly buy overpriced games.
Just that you are accepting of this stuff does not mean others will do so to.
Not even Call of Duty the most overpriced garbage on the market goes as stupid high as this other then with their overpriced DLC.
Like other people said for this price you might as well buy 2-3 other games that are far better then this anyway.
I am glad I found it elsewhere 30 bucks cheaper cus this is just a rip off.
I did buy older games for 30 bucks if they were good enough or to feed on nostalgia but no one asks 70 bucks on PC for their games.
Yeah I saw a status thingy were the price per country..... the difference was just insane!
You go off and buy all your games at 70+$ while everyone else at least has some sense left in them.
Mostly yes. I would be happy to pay a higher price for a game I know ill play for a longer time... However I still think 70 is to much. 60 at best 70 or 80 for a Deluxe Edition is fine as long as that edition has something going for it.
In general PC games are actually 50 or 60 bucks depending on what dev they are from.
Pretty sure The Witcher 3 was 50 at launch.
You constantly claiming that these high prices have been a thing for a long time is nonsense.
There is literally 3 areas were these high prices come from and that is:
-Incosistent Japanese devs AKA this game.
-Call of Duty
-EA and maybe Ubisoft
The 1st has always really been a thing though never have I seen them drop the price bomb on a game like this.
And the second 2 aren't even worth mentioning cus they don't make many good games anymore to begin with. And hell when they did (Cus for one I actually loved Watch Dogs 2) a game like Watch Dogs 2 was not by any stretch of the imagination as expensive as this or the other categories mentioned above.
