On top of that, ask yourself if you mind paying €20 more for better graphics and the ability to change settings/keybinds. I personally prefer PC over console for these reasons, but that's a choice everyone has to make for themselves.
I had the same doubt but switch version for me costs 70€, I paid MUCH less for the pc version.
Aside from that: they clearly stated that the switch version will look like the first AOT on ps3, not an assumption devs said it, that said: my eyes felt like burning for the amount of aliasing present on the first AOT, thanks god I could enable AA and antisotropic filtering from the nvidia control panel, that made AOT on pc look almost like the current aot 2.
AOT2 on pc looks superior (assuming you have a decent hardware) and the framerate is ALWAYS 60 fps, for me the STABLE 60 are needed, combined with the price I picked the pc version.
The only reason to choose the switch version is the portability, if that's important for you then fine, if not go for the pc version.
About you points:
1) no, the pc version is more stable
2) tried on xbone controller wireless, works fine out of the box, no problems like when the first launched
3) thats a real con.
4) also true
5) you dont really need to buy it from steam.
AoT2 is only available on steam, where else can it be purchased? I'm pretty sure its a steam exclusive, which is why its not on sale outside of steam... where is it cheaper?
The switch version is not 70 euros, it is 52 euros if you preorder (today) or 54 if you buy tomorrow:

Good call on the video:

Seems to float around 30fps and drops.
I really wish you can pay a few euros extra and get both versions :(
Pc version was stable, the only issues it had was with controllers when it launched, things that have been fixed.
Crashes and such things, when you don't see many people complaining, are mostly problems on the user side, a crash can happen even in closed system like the consoles, figures on pc.
AOT runs just fine, I played it few days ago and I also enabled additional parameters from the nvidia control panel, such as super awesome AA and AF to make it look like AOT2, again, your issues seems to happen on your side only.
Aot2 isn't only available on steam, google is your friend.
AOT is not stable on pc = false.
AOT2 can be bought only trough steam = false.
I agree that the price tag on steam is obscene and I hope you DON'T buy it for the 70 they ask for, still the game has not the issues many people claim it has, many of them didn't even try it and hate based on the pricepoint, hate they deserve but limited to that.
It was pretty unstable for a lot of people even after the latest patch, including on both my desktop as well as on my gaming laptop. I'm not saying it was unstable per se, but it certainly looked like a russian roullette whether it would run smooth on your system or not.
AoT2 runs smoother (after some tweaking, but still) for me than the first one ever did.
Nvidia control panel -> 3d settings (mine is in italian so im translating this) -> software setting -> select aot -> activate FXAA, set it 8x, aa mode "make it better", Antisotropic filtering 16x -> vsync enabled.
Those are my settings but, based on your hardware, you may use yours.
The horrible AA will go away...
The same way people claim is not.
It crashed maybe once for me and I changed 2 pc since then.
I'm not sure if English is a second language but this comes off as a bit aggressive and dismissive.
Regarding the stablity of the first game, I'm afraid that's not true as I was reporting many bugs with their support. The steam search sucks but here you go:

Here's an example of a 100% crash bug that couldn't be solved with nvidia settings hacks to override settings. You had to change driver versions. This was not a localised issue, the game would crash with a large variety of Nvidia driver settings and combinations during 2016. Once you hit the settings where it was stable, which luckily I had for the initial days and after I found the particular nvidia drivers that wouldn't crash out, it would work 'fine' but I wouldn't be confident if I fired it up now it wouldn't crash out... at all. The game at heart is a port from a console so not unfamiliary territory to have a plethora of bugs, no? I don't think victim shaming is the right move here, I certainly had less crashes than most people at the time but I won't pretend the port was rosey or more stable than the console versions.
I reported and work with their support to fix these crash bugs, most of which they ignored as the after sales support was clearly not a priority. Some were solved by hacking around in nvidia settings around the bugs but I don't think its fair to claim the PC version was "stable" with that many bugs, and the fact you have to go outside of the game to make it look and perform better. You just need to look at the bugfixes, and steam forums, to know that people were having issues and not everyone is as willing to hack around driver versions, nvidia settings, etc.
My statement that Attack On Titan 2 is only available on steam I think you've misread I meant its a steam key game only, which is true correct? ie. it is a steam game, you need steam to run it and it is only available on steam unless you buy from a reseller of steam keys. The game is a steam game. Again, not false. Yes, I guess you can buy steam keys from a reseller but looking at the price only illegal/dodgy resellers seem to be cheaper. The legitimate resellers have it around the same price. Given I've got hundreds of games on my account, the prospect of getting it blocked because of a dodgy russian key isn't ideal.
I'm sorry if I somehow offended you, but you seem to be on a defensive and I don't think that really adds anything to the community saying something that happened didn't happen. I can assure you, when i talked to support and helped them identify the final Subjugation crash bug they knew it was happening. They just didn't care to fix it so I rolled back driver versions at the time. If I replayed today, I wouldn't be confident it wouldn't crash out. I think that would be a dice roll, and I'd definitely need to mess around in nvidia control panel.
The ultimate reason was you need to play it with a controller as the pc version controls for the first game were terrible without one, and portability as I need to do some travelling.
I'll consider buying the pc version if there's a significant discount if the game is fun.
Thanks all, hopefully this is much improved on the original!
Thanks everyone for the feedback.
I tried xbone controller... it was quite a horrible experience.
