Is there a way to change appearance?
After creating it. Can I be able to play the game like previous installation of aot ? like without creating the character and playing using MC's themselves?

You can only play story mode as your originally created character. You can play others in free mode.

Yes, you can change appearance (even gender) at any time.

How will i be able to change that after its created? can u navigate me to that settings?

You can do that in "Another Mode"
Just look for the icon that looks like a Shirt

And if you try to do it in Story mode
Go to the Barracks Area and look for a place called "Private Room"
Once you enter the "Private Room" just go the end of the hallway and your room will be on the right
