Scout mission rewards vs Complete Scout Rewards

I'm wondering how you get the complete scout rewards when doing scout missions. So far I've only been able to get the scout rewards when doing them. Anyone know?

Oh ok. That's got to be a pain when you are in multiple missions and you mess one up halfway through. Is there a way to repeat one midway through?

After you've done a mission you can replay the submissions whenever.

Even if you are mid "campaign" in a scouting mission you can return to town from the mini hub and then continue from the mission you stopped at.

You can also repeat a single mission where you didn't get a S and you'll still get the S reward by just finishing that single mission.
