Anyone know what Nik's policy does? it just says something good might happen?

hmm took a few tried searching but glad i did since i found this. *bump* anyone know? be cool if its something nice.

i dont know why, i have seen it before once, but i was trying to get miche *its specific* and had nothing better to do than try the order one. on the time i got him i had ONE extra item across the board.... worth testing but maybe like a 50% chance to get that extra item limit? was handy especially since i couldnt do my map buildup like normal.

I’ve just finished SS ranking every mission story and scout with The Orders Prayer. And I didn’t notice a damn thing happen

It's random, sometimes it gives you extra money, sometimes extra gas etc.
