Chain attacks skill?

There was a chain attack feature in the first game, where you could attack right after hitting the titan up to 5 times. Is it also in this game? If so how do you get it?

It's called multi-strike and it lets you hit up to 2 more times. You get it by leveling up friendship with Levi. The extra strikes do just under half damage, but it is very useful for moving between titans and for taking down the stamina bar.

it's the sixth skill you get from Levi after spinning and +10 strength. multi-slash with 5 hits are also in the game, but only Levi can execute it in Another Mode, I think.

You get the still at friendship rank 8.
