If you mean 巨大結晶 (giant crystal) / 超巨大結晶 (colossal crystal), you get these from the last story mission from Bertholdt's titan, the first in normal mode, the second in inferno IIRC.

No is not colossal, is literally Giant crystal but maybe in the english version is Large crystal, i dunno but 0 idea where can i farm that crystal, and i check it and is not colossal, even the image is diferent, is like titan crystal but the next tier, like in middle in titan crystal and large titan crystal but as i say 0 idea where can i farm it.

To make the "translate" more easy is the the material down the glowing crystal in the heat sword.

i just did the inferno but still cant get the 超巨大结晶....

Last missions for both story and scouting missions.

The Giant Crystal is taken from the Colossal Titan on normal level. It gets replaced with Colossal Crystal on Inferno.
