Weird graphical glitch [Solved]

thesse are my specs
OS: windows 10 Home 64-bit
CPU: Intel Core i7 7700HQ @ 2.80GHz
Motherboard: LENOVO LNVNB161216 (U3E1)
Graphics card: 2047MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060

I've already tried restarting my pc, reinstalling the game, launching as administrater, verifying came cache and trying all the compatibility modes none of which worked. Further more the issue is only visible on my moniter so any screenshots will look fine, I've also found a workaround by setting the game to borderless window however doing that gives me diagonal screen tearing so it's not ideal. The problem only surfaced after the new windows 10 update so it may be a problem with that.

If anyone knows how to fix this or knows a better workaround then please let me know thanks in advance.

Edit: So my suspissions were right the recent windows 10 update did break the game, I've managed to solve it by reverting windows to the previous version of windows which can be done at updates and security under the recovery tab.
