How do u use golden drops?

I mean those from the daily missions, i got 2 in my abilitys inv. and idk how to use them

You dont "use" them, as soon as u purchase em, you get one extra Skillpoint for all Characters.

is there a limit how many you can have ? And what does the skillpoints do for the other characters, bc i cant see that they can learn any skills that using skill points...

So far I havent met a Limit for the Golden Drops, I'm actually at 69 Drops, about those Skills for the other Characters, they learn different kind of Skills when reaching e certain Rank, not talking about Friendship, I mean the EXP-Bar each Character have and some are new in this DLC and need to be activated like u do with ur Maincharacter. There's also the Training-Option for other Characters where u can spend Awakening Points to raise a certain Stat or spend Wings to unluck certain Stats/Skills, it depends on the Character how many u can unlock.
