Final Battle Muster Roll New character costumes don't show

Hello everybody! I've unlocked all the new characters in Muster roll but when I press "y" there are only "???" and I can't see the characters in different costumes.
Is it just me or everyone else has the same issue?

Some of them only appear when certain requirements are met, like finishing the new Story or even classic Storymode (the basic one). Also could u be more specific about what Character ur talking about, since I dont have a Problem switching the Costumes, try if u can switch em in Another-Mode at the Tent with the changing Symbol on its Head. If ur talking about Territory Recovery-Mode and you want to change those Outfits, approach the Officer you want to switch Costume and press the B Button if ur playing with Gamepad or E for Keyboard. In Territory-Mode it also seems that the Command-Rank also plays a Role, try to get the Friendship Bonus from those Characters your looking for, thats all I can say right now, good Luck.

I think, you didn't understand. I can change all of the costumes of the new characters (they are Nifa, Kenny, Floch, Caven...). All the costumes are unlocked for me. I can change them in different modes.
But I can't see the costumes of new characters in MUSTER ROLL (in the gallery).
I just wanted to ask if anyone has the same problem. Could you please see in the gallery in Muster roll can you see their costumes there?
Many thanks in advance! I only have "???" when I want to see their costumes in the gallery.

I have the same problem man. Maybe it is as go4BlooD quoted "certain conditions in the game have to be met. Like for instance maybe the completion of territory recovery mode. Young Keith is the only new character I still haven't recruited yet. Maybe recruiting all the new aot2 characters will unlock their outfits in muster roll. Just in theory. Anyone else with this problem, an idea, or a answer/solution? Thanks for sharing Lesty.

Hey, pal. It is completely a game bug. Actually, go4BlooD was right. You need to meet certain conditions in the game to unlock all characters and costumes in game. But if you have that bug in the gallery for a long period of time while all of the new characters have already been unlocked, the only thing to unlock costumes in gallery is to contact Koei Tecmo official support page and send them your save data. They will get rid of the problem with the patch for the game. That's how it worked for me".
