Game freezes during cutscene (retreat to Calaneth)

I've been playing for a while now and absolutely love this game, but now I find myself desperate.

Just after defeating the female titan in the forest and retreating, the mission ends and a cutscene starts. The cutscene starts describing how the troops are retreating to Calaneth district, but it suddenly freezes and nothing happens. I can still skip the custcene but I am met with a blackscreen.

I've literally tried every fix could find anywhere, but nothing worked. Can somebody help?

If you quickly skip the cutscene before it freezes, it works.

i thought i was the only one who had such a problem like this, since i'm playing a cracked game :v

should i pick the game up off steam of playstation store for my playstation ? my PC pretty powerful so

ive once fixed this issue. the reason why it crashes is because the cutscene file for this scene is missing

literally having this problem at this point but it doesn't seem like any cutscene starts for me. there's no chance to skip it. what proton were you using?
