I found the following instructions:
1. Make sure you have completed the starter tutorial and have an active game profile that is level 4 or higher.
2. From the main galaxy display screen, enter the menu in the upper right corner. Then select “Settings” to find your game account number (DBID).
3. Go to https://store.startrektimelines.com and select the “Login” button in the upper right corner.
4. Enter your game account number (DBID) and select “Continue”.
5. Go to the coupon redemption field, enter the code you received and select “Redeem”.
6. Launch Star Trek: Timelines and go to the Time Portal (lower right button on the main HUD).
7. Scroll to the right until you see the “Premium Rewards” bundle.
