Immortalizing

I just want to make sure, once my crew reaches max stats and gets immortlized ,if they are a crew member i wont need, or use in the future, can i dismiss them or do i need to do something specific with them? dont want to go dismissing them unless thats the appropriote action


Then can someone here offer me some information, what is the best ships in each star grade to have or make use off? I've gotten lucky with some daily spins, my 5* daykora is now level 3 already, then i also had enough to build the HMS Bounty and a Cardassian ship and just now i got another 450 schematics for the Borg cube which gave me enough to build and level it to 3, but there are quite a few others out there an google does offer the best advice so personal expiereinces would help here.

You can cryo them. That way you have them in cryostasis but they wont appear on your active roster. To revive them you need free crew space and 150(I think merits).
To put them is cryo press the button at the left side of that character.
Better to cryo them because their characters may appear and give bonussses in later events

Ah i see, thank you, i just wanted to make sure before dismissing a crew member instead of putting them in cryo, busy with the crew i tht works best in cadet challenges, so they all stay in our inventory, but want to start doing some of the one stars, one at a time nd then ill cryo them when their done

to cryo crew members you need to press the dismiss button, but you can't dismiss them if they are on voyages or favourite characters (heart icon)or you are using them in your ship in arena or missions; if you want them back , you can revive them paying merits (for the first one in the day) or dilithium for more than one. I suggest to immortalize 1 star first in order to complete the achievement, because are easily to get with voyages and you need only one copy of them in order to immortalize; i also suggest to immortalize 1 star federation crew first,because usally you can farm their equipment with missions, instead, for others (like Odo, Quark, Maquis Chakotay,Kira) you will need a lot of object that requires shuttle missions. Try to see the character page of each crew member to choose who immortalize first.
