Resolution & Form Factor
It looks like the resolution is low on my screen and the form factor appears to be 4:5 rather than widescreen. I don't see an option to change the resolution settings. Any ideas?

I have the same problem, the picture is a bit blurred, but becomes normal when zoomed in, an the victory points are on the top of the screen, while the store screenshots show them on the right side. Besides, the trailers show that the game should run in widescreen mode on PC.
I refunded the game, but will gladly buy it back when the issue is resovled.

  1. Determine the resolution of your monitor. On Windows 10, right-click the desktop and select Display settings. In this example, my resolution is 2560 x 1440.
  2. Find the Ticket to Ride: First Journey listing in your Steam Library. Right-click it and select Properties.
  3. In the General tab, click Set Launch Options....
  4. Paste the following into the text field, substituting the appropriate resolution for your monitor:
    -screen-height 1440 -screen-width 2560 -screen-quality Fantastic
    (Don't forget the dash at the very beginning.)
  5. Hit OK and Close out of the Properties box and you're good to go.
