Cheat not working

I'm trying to use the CTRL + SHIFT + S, but nothin happens.
I'm playing SUPREME RULER: ULTIMATE.

I'm on SINGLE PLAYER mode, tried Campaign and Sandbox. It doesnt work.
Have disabled the language changer for windows (CTRL + SHIF). The CTRL + SHIFT + S code still doesnt work.

Any help?

I just tried it with a savegame and with a fresh game (Sandbox, 36, Germany). Worked just fine for me. Not sure what would be causing the problem.

Have you tried reinstalling or using steam to validate the installation files?

Reinstalled... nothing.
Verified files... nothing...

Me too I press ctrl + shift + S and the cheat console doesn't pop-up as it uses too for previous game version for supreme ruler ultimate. Don't know if the new update changes it.

Where did you get the game from? I notice you do not have it on Steam.

My game is from Steam.

When you own a Steam game and post in its forum, there is a mouse icon next to your name. This denotes you own the game. It does not matter what your privacy settings are.

I ask where you got it from because trying to verify files here may not work if it was not purchased from Steam.

Please help with this issue since the game is fun when using cheat in single player and that is the only reason that I still play the game to this day.

same issue, crtl shif s brings up game settings for me, which i then type the stuff im supposed to and it does nothing except write into game chat

Same problem here. I'm playing the SR Great War standalone edition. Windows 11 and italian keyboard layout.

EDIT: My fault, I didn't remember that the console cheats here is not like the Paradoxs one, but it is a slot in the game settings view.

So the cheats work, even if "trumpme" gave my many millions of red balance.

Using the keys combo CTRL + SHIFT + S, in my case, since I play on a laptop with reduced italian keyboard, I used left CTRL and left SHIFT.

Than in the map appears a pop up with the "Game Settings" and in the light brown line, orizzontal space, you can write the cheats and apply them pressing ENTER.

EDIT: I tried it in a sandbox game.
