Attracting Rat Soldiers and Rat Generals

Hi! Love this game, it's super addicting and I started a new file because it's so fun!

It's been pretty straight forward to attract specific boss monsters by using items. For example, a fried egg attracts a pheonix, or meat attracts the Uruk-hai. Problem is that the thing that attracts Rat Soldiers and Rat Generals is both cheese. I've used cheese on the majority of my runs through the beginner's forest and the Rat soldiers are the ones that appear the most often. I need the generals to appear for a staff quest, but no matter how much I try, the soldiers tend to appear more frequently.

Maybe, instead of sharing the same item, there should be another item for the generals to be attracted by? For example, why not make another type of cheese where you have to have milk, salt, and some type of herb to make it? This cheese would be a more potent cheese that could be special for attracting the Rat General and save more time.
