Where and how to get this one?....almost have done all quests i have available also for heroes, so maybe i have it unlocked, but i have been searching like mad in all craft stations to find it and i dont se it anywhere, so would be nice to know what type of item it is also, so i can look out for it, thx in advance.

It's a craft table item, unlocked by a [sub] quest from Kate. I believe the quest isn't offered until you have the recipe for shining leather since that's what you need for the quest, and then you also need it to make the hat. The recipe for shining leather comes from a quest that is asking for shining leather, but actually wants shining fur
