Just questions on what to do next

Alright I've beaten the guardian on promised land normal and have completed a vast majority of the side quests.

Now I've yet to pay the 500k for the next set of dungeons, yet one of the things I want to do is purchase the lord of fallen recipes since a LOT of my characters are doing 999 dmg per attack but their hp sort of sucks, so when going up against the guardian/taotie/any hard mode boss most of them don't survive.

When should I look to purchase the lord of fallen recipes to get the break limit skill?

Plus personally I have a lot of quests that require items that it feels as though I should have the recipes for. I've made a list:
Imperial Crown
Guardian Ring
Guardian's Armor
Indy's hat
Cure lv 3 wand (don't remember actual title)

Among some others. Anyone help on when I'm supposed to get these?

Actually I want to edit everything I have above, since I'm now on inferno promised land and have both fallen and impure sets but I am still missing one thing.

I have obtained a character named Iona I think? And she requires a skill named holy attack or something similar which the game says I can get from the holy scepter. I don't have a recipe for that weapon. Was that something that could be missable?

Crap, I was going to check the guide but the formatting for it is messed up now on Steam. But one of the staff quests might have given the recipe for the Holy Scepter. I assume that you've checked the Blacksmithing station already so it must be obtained from one of the other staff that you didn't get or complete the quest for. If you're at the point where you need to do stuff for Belmont and have all the staff quests complete...I would have to look at your save or something to check at that point ><

I found it by digging through the posts here I thought it was a staff. Apparently its an axe. I was looking in the wrong section this whole time. Now I only have 2 quests left in the entire game... both of which are to defeat the dragon... Unfortunately they are character specific and my 2 main fighters are Shadow and Clyde? (the thief guy) I've got nearly everything but luck up to 999 on both of them.

I'm busy trying to get 999 strength and luck on Tobho so I can make ultimate lord of the fallen stuff.

There was a thread to beat the dragon posted. I think the skills used were Recovery, Skill fever, Break Limitation, and All Counter.

For the Imperial Crown and Indy;s Hat you need to finish all of Kate's Quests in the SUB tab, you need shining feathers and leather, Inferno mode needs to be unlocked.
