best way to start out?
seems several ways to approach the game. I find starting with 4 horses makes getting resources to make items early on faster. im not sure its good to start with any more than one of each the crafting tables forge etc. I found running about 4 begining forests missions at one time gets about enough resources to do the 30 minute missions besides the ones with leather. leather seems to be a bit scarce early on. i think once I have enough staff i can have about 4 staff focused on adventureing and 4 focused on crafting.

A question I have is: Is it better to focus staff on one area or let them all do missions? (in forest etc.)

The first 4 staff I can hire seem to be 2 got crafting bonuses and 2 got combat bonuses. I got to the fifth staff so far seems hes focused on combat bonus too. I think I could do the beginning with the first 4 staff 2 crafters and 2 combat. but it seems staff needs to do combat at least part the time cause some the staff seem to need to go to forest to unlock skills. seems the game doesnt unlock skills to give bonuses to crafting but only to combat. maybe im over anaysing the game but there seems to be almost infinite possibilitys. I like the game a lot but I get overwhelmed with all the choices.

Employees need to develop all the attributes of battle
Later need 10 employees to create top equipment employees in addition to create top gear

Early you should invest in 2-3 horses and then proceed to upgrade the sales.
Proceed to upgrade "less paywage" that should really help you early on.
When you get new staff, look how much HP they have. It really helps when you want to survive later.
On every forge/table/sorcery, put down the character with the highest fitting stat like dex/str/int/vit. For VIT it doesn't have to be high because you get no stats from the items only the producing speed is lower.
Keep in mind that end game staff are the strongest of them all, so investing everything in the early staff is pointless. (I made this mistake.)
Also when producing weapons, look at crafting rings. They could tremendously boost the base stats from equipments and weapons. (Now I'm trying to get 3 crafting skills on 1 character to see if it multiplies)
Hope these little tips helps with what to do with staff and early money spending.

EDIT:
I just read what the Lv1 VIT/STR/INT/HP/DEX, Lv2"", Lv3"", etc"does.
Those items make your character grow in those stats. Thus having Lv1/2/3/4/5 HP makes sure your staff gets a lot of HP while trying to grind. This really helps with Low HP staff.

i dont quite get what you guys are saying. My question now is should I like use one staff at each crafting station forge furnace and craft table or balance all my staff out for stats. and use staff based on their area of expertise? like put joker on furnace. hope on forge. leaf on crafting table. raise 3 stats on adventure staff and int on mage. do i want to boost stats at the furnace forge and crafting table? or just get gear that will raise it on my adventurers. i played so far raising stats from the crafting stations on all chars is this a waste of time for early game then? should i mainly focus on 3 chars for adventure and use chars that have an expertise area at that crafting station?

I have 39 staffs at the end of the game, you won't need them all. At most you need 18 staff(10 craft booster, 4 main crafter, 4 adventurer).

You want different staff for each station because each station need different stats. You can have 1 person do all the crafting but it will take longer and the wage will be high since it's the average 5 primary stat/2.

Use gear to boost your adventurer's stat and try to use 1-h weapon+shield instead of 2-h weapon to increase your HP

Try to use 4 adventurer with battle related trait asap, if I remember right, the first 4 is gau, mark, ice, pamela (Personally, I use sandal as one of my adventurer since raising int via enchanting is tiring before you can get EXP share skills)
