New Units?
Looking at the unit database I see units that I haven't seen before like the Armageddon Drake, are they a recent addition?

No, this one is certainly not. There is a good chance you didn't encounter the other units yet or you didn't look at the mainline units, instead on a UMC era.

The only newish units I can see are the 'Giant Scorpling' and 'Orcish Nightblade'.
