... how do I clean my shop?
The floors keep getting dirtier, but I honestly can't figure out how to clean it up.
It's been way too long since I last played this game, so any help would be greatly appreciated!

Nevermind. I'm stupid.
I had my place open 24/7... I forgot that the cleaning crew won't arrive unless it's closed :D

yeah u must close for some time.

small resaurant > ca 2 ingame hours to fully cleaned
medium > ca 3 hours
large > Ca 4 hours

depents on how dirty they are
