Is the golf cart faster than NPC cars?

It costs 800$ but I don't want to grind for it if it will be crushed by traffic cars since they don't want to stop

Sadly no, but the fact it is pretty small means you can drive along the sidewalks without much trouble to avoid the maniac drivers. Even with that van the NPC drivers can totally slam into you as they overtake you.

$800 is pretty easy to grind to, an hour of doing the pellet gun game in the carnie and selling the Rasta Banana prizes should get the golf cart quickly.

another option to grind money if you don't like the carnival game is to just play alot of dunko. You'll get alot of tickets and dunko ducks. Save up ducks until they are on the bounty board and trade them in for a mountain of money lol.

I only do this because i prefer playing dunko to the pellet game lol
