Lost all saves
I lost all my saves, for birthday and survival modes (over 135 hours of play total). I tired uninstalling and reinstalling but that did not help. Anyone else have this problem or know how to fix it?

I had my survival save completely wiped when my cat somehow unplugged my computer
i'm having saving issues, too. i thought it was from broadcasting. But it is still happening. I'm loosing tickets on prizes spent and the prizes i spent the tickets on. I also lost several days of time. I'm wondering if you quit immediately to windows if that's when it happens, i just tested and instead of quitting to windows just reloaded the game for New game menu, still on day 135. I wonder if it is not registering immediately when it states "game saved". still trying to figure this out. sick of loosing tickets and money though. i was fine playing till i quit the game. I don't know, but this sucks. Really wish the dev would fix the save issues. still testing.

oh, i still have the money and tickets won from games and selling things. still have the same amount of money i spent gone, and tickets. Seems like the day keeps resetting. I just seem to be loosing the prizes. Money and tickets spent is gone as prizes, but still have the gain of money and tickets won. It's odd.

ever see the movie ground hog day. feels like some kind of insanity like that movie :)

Ok, still not sure what it is. Bought a prize, put on garage floor, saved. Started a new game, reloaded game. Works. Put a pirate pizza on garage floor. saved. waited a few minutes. Quit to windows then restarted, pizza still there. Put a sandwich on the garage floor. saved. Immediately exited to windows after maybe 1 - 2 seconds, one second looking at it, and however long it took me to get the menu to quit game. restarted game tuna sandwich is not there. I don't think the save feature is in sync. not sure. been messing around with this for awhile. I really think you have to give it a minute or something before you quit the game after you save for all data to be saved. not sure. i'm not programmer. I hope he fixes this.

oh and i'm in survival mode. 135 days now, i don't think i had this problem till i got to day 120, if i did i didn't notice it. i did have some cat pillows vanish on me. but thought they just were displaced somewhere through some sort of physics problem. that may have been around day 100 or so, can't remember.

one thing, i hallucinate, so i'm not sure what is real sometimes. my memory is shot. i can't remember what i did an hour ago sometimes. i have schizo effective disorder. I'm almost certain this happen. i lost my game, wasn't in the load screen, because i decided to play this game again, and i remember i was upset and started a new game. for whatever reason my old game was back a few months later. i didn't mess with the files then. i just went to another game i was playing and figured i would wait for the dev to update this. I only say this so you don't get miss-lead or think i'm lying. i see a lot of hallucinations.

I do remember that i one game is lost after the mini van update. i started a new game, and a few months later there it was again. check your save files, see if they are still where they should be if you lost the entire saves.

should be in

C:\Users\"whatever your user name is for your pc"\AppData\LocalLow\devotid\TheCoinGame\SurvivalModeV01

(oh, you have to turn on the function of seeing hidden files. In the view options, up around the middle of your little file viewer window thing to see local low) unless you have already done this. anyways.

unless you have you hard drives configured differently it should be in C: Drive
(default drive for windows, my game i'm pretty is on my d: drive, but the file still goes to the c: drive.)

you could see if your save files are in there. stick them in a folder on your desktop, delete the game restart. Put files back in. If you still have them. Might restore your games.
