Also can confirm I have had times when the golf cart controlled terribly and barely moved, this was fixed by shifting the items in the back.
Well try your settings in your graphic engine for help. I think I know how to fix the framerate but this might be a collision issue so turn off automatically optimize newly added games and apps.
(I can't guaranteed it since I haven't seen progress in game which took effect like 2 months so I really can't confirm and I am no tech wizard I just search or find close answers to the problems.)
Since I record for YouTube, I've also been accustomed to backing up local saves as "just in case".
Also, try duplicating the questionable save file in Windows Explorer and renaming it to a different timestamp. See what happens then after you reload the Coin Game?
