The Coin Game
Indie Film Sound problems
I've done as directed to get my mp4 file playing in the theater, but as soon as I purchase a ticket all the sound is gone. The in game sounds were working fine before then while I'm playing, the mp4 file in question I tested outside the game in a separate media player and everything works fine, and even my volume in other apps like youtube and twitch are still fine. Now granted, my mp4 file in question was converted from an mkv file from vlc player and my monitor is connected to surround sound speakers, but sound comes back to normal after I exit the game. It seems to only trigger whenever I purchase a movie ticket as it follows with a "pop" sound from the speakers before all the sound in game is gone. I even tried simply muting and unmuting as well as turning the speaker system off and back on again while in game. Anyone have any ideas besides trying a different video?

Just a quick update on other angles I've attempt which also wielded no favorable change in results: I tried playing the game for a bit and brought all the volume sliders in the in game audio options to maximum. Sound at least now lasts past after buying the ticket and I can actually hear the in game advertisements before it starts into my mp4 in question. Unfortunately all the sound is killed the second my movie begins to play up on screen. I even tried a different video and different conversion path for it . Apparently it doesn't like H 2.65 +mp3 (MP4) as much as H 2.64 +mp3 (MP4). The .65 results in the movie not playing at all and cuts it to the end while the .64 does in fact show the film (sans its sound) but it seems at the expense of the rest of the in game sound until I completely exit out.
