Instant Death

I get that it's survival mode and it's hardcore and all, but instant Death just feels like bad game design. There should be some visual indicator larger then a tiny corner of the screen, that lasts for your last 10-20 Health or Food. I keep dying playing a machine because I forget to look at my health on a winning streak. Especially if no changes are to be made to balancing health and food, this is a must and it just feels unfair or random sometimes when I die.

The entire point of survival mode is that you need to keep track of your health every so often. Even more important is to keep your energy high. If you don't pay attention to energy as well as your health, you're going to lose health much more rapidly than you normally would. I also fail to see how instant death is "bad game design", in basically every game with a health bar/system, once you hit 0, you die. If there was some large indicator that flashed on screen informing you that you're low on health, there would be no point in keeping track of the health/energy meter, cause you'd always know when you'd have to feed yourself, making the entire point of survival mode pointless. One thing I always do though is keep a pack of bandaids in my inventory at all times as a sort of "emergency heal" in case I'm in the middle of a long game of Dunko or Popcorn Pete, so I can heal immediately when I'm done, and just grab a couple of devotid dews from the vending machine to restore energy.

Have to be honest I have got a bit pissed off with it the last couple of times. I understand keeping track of the health when you are running about and cycling and stuff, but how much energy should you use when playing on a coin pusher.

Also I noticed my health was low but I still have 30 coins to fire out and I couldn't do it quick enough to be able to get out of the game and take a drink of coke.

Doing all the chores to get money, playing the games to get the tokens then dying and losing all that work because you exhausted yourself standing still pressing a button is annoying
