Have you added another monitor to your setup?
Kevin
Then click play and see if it starts. Mine takes about 20 seconds to show anything on the screen after clicking it. DONT click on the screen at all when loading as windows will think that it is not working when in fact it is loading all of the game objects.

CPU

RAM
and OS please.
It helps. ;)
Kevin
It's only happened after the latest update. It's an annoying problem because I really love this game.
I'm not running anything custom built, I use a pretty decent gaming laptop as I frequently move around, visiting people and take it with me, but -
CPU - Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4810MQ CPU @ 2.80GHz
GPU - Intel(R) HD Graphics 4600 & NVIDIA Quadro K4100M
RAM - 32gb
OS - Windows 7 Professional
- Have you clicked it and walked away and let it take a while?
Im confused when you say "pressing ALT only get's me into the properties and shows nothing about monitors or resolutions"
So a pop up opens and is blank?
Kevin
'Try holding ALT at game launch. A small popup will open. Check the resolution of the dropdown and make sure it is the correct resolution and monitor.' - Tried that, none of what you said happened.
