1. Pinball machine
2. Mini golf
3. Billiards table/Pool table
4. Air hockey table
5. Multiplayer (If possible public lobbies for like 12 people)
one fan also named kevin
As for games, I can see traditional pinball being a non-priority, mostly because of The Pinball Arcade & Pinball FX having the licensed stuff. Actual arcade games being anon-priority as well because of MAME & the virtual front-ends. HOWEVER, this is just my opinion.
For game recommendations, I would LOVE to get some Japanese Coin Pushers, but there's the issue of the number of coins (& hence objects) to properly render that the US versions current in the game have managed to work around. One that might work is an "Americanized" version of a Japanese Coin / Marble Pusher known as "Marble Carnival" (the Japanese original is "Marble Fever", which is currently an exclusive to Round 1 in the US. This is probably more of a pipe dream than anything, but it might help inspire a simplier version.
For other games that are probably easier to pull off...
There's likely some other games to consider, but I can't think of the name of those games.

like a pimp guy with some kind of money effect around him, like if he throwed money all around he walk XD.. that would be hilarious to see him.. like super bling bling, kind of the Mayor of islandville.
Ha! that would be awesome. Popping up in random places. TCG logo on his shirt. I would love to see a claw machine with mini plush bots as prizes
Doesn't make sense that every keybind as to be different.
