It didn't click in my head until after I looked up the developer. I really don't want to support someone with that guy's views on the world. I don't care how little it is, if this dev is related to that guy, I want nothing to do with this.

You're thinking about OTK (One True Kings) Media, Inc. which is the organization formed and founded by Asmongold and his friends. O.T.K. Games, the devs behind this game, are stationed in Beijing, China. So no, Asmongold & his organization has no connection nor involvement with this game.

Regardless of this fact, Sword of the Vagrant is a good game (I have the game on my PS5) for the cost. Even if he was involved, I would have still picked it up but since that was enough to deter you from buying it, an alternative would have been "Lost Epic."
