Easter egg or secret ?(story spoilers)

1. So do we have some secret quest for Lucia ? is she gonna be like that for the entire game ?

2. In wheat town, there are fat wealthy man, that will scam you 3 times, first he asked 50.000 gold, then 100.000 gold and later 20.000 gold. Later you can find his corps in Glizian territory, the killer left a note this what happens if you try scam the wrong person. You can see his ghost at the void area and have a chat with him. That was the only secret i know.

3. is the talltree witch a Glizian ? in the monsterpedia, santiago stated he was a human that seduced an ancient tribal girl, and asked her to teach him the ability to suck people life/souls. Later he used it on her and she become old. When you defeat Santiago, there's a ghost standing in the pit area where he fell with the talltree witch. What's with her ? something seems fishy with her.
